Born and raised in Northeast Louisiana, Dr. McCormick pursued his undergraduate studies at The University of Louisiana at Monroe before attending Louisiana State University Medical School in Shreveport, where he obtained his medical degree.

With over two decades of healthcare experience, Jennifer brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. She earned a Master's Degree in Nursing with a role concentration of Family Nurse Practitioner from Northwestern State University in 2014

Staff Psychologist, PH. D.

Dr. Brandon Waits is a licensed psychologist specializing in psychological evaluations, including fitness-for-duty evaluations and the assessment of cognitive, affective, and behavioral factors relating to substance use.
